New Points Mission

Our primary purpose is to provide structured sober living for our residents rooted in the principles of recovery with a focus on personal growth and accountability for those newly recovering from addiction.

Find your way forward.

We know that your first months are the most critical to ensure long-term sobriety.

Our communities are designed specifically for sober living for men, to provide a sense of support and belonging that everyone in early recovery needs.

New Points™ immerses residents in recovery programs, peer support, accountability, and support from New Points staff.

Community

“The opposite of addiction is not sobriety. The opposite of addiction is connection.” – Johann Hari.

New Points provides residents a safe and supportive environment to begin a new chapter in their lives. Our communities are intentionally located within strong 12-step networks, therapy and clinical care networks, work and educational opportunities, and entertainment venues.

Our residents will have the support of peers and staff to navigate the first months of recovery.

Support

New Points communities are managed by Certified Recovery Coaches who are all members of long-term recovery.  Our staff has years of experience helping others attain sobriety and are available to provide the necessary level of accountability and support 24 hours a day.

For individuals who require guidance and support beyond the scope of sober living, we work with many partner organizations that can provide a vast array of services from therapy and counseling to professional case management. Please see our Recovery Support section of this website.

Recovery

New Points™ believes that 12-step programs are the foundation of recovery.

All New Points™ residents are asked to become immersed in a 12-step program and fellowship.

New Points will not dictate which recovery program(s) our residents choose to follow, but given the limited number of weekly SMART and Refuge meetings, we will require all residents to become active in a 12-step fellowship.
