Recovery Care Monitoring (RCM) is a more intense support program than Case Management.  It is a post-treatment process in which the client is coached to sustainable recovery, using the lens of systemic change.

RCM acknowledges that recovery is a holistic endeavor and that behavior patterns (family, social, and work systems), life pressures, and other challenges all play a part in sustained change.

Our methodology, based on Dr. Robert DuPont’s research, is grounded on participation in 12-Step recovery, random screening, and an accountability structure.  Implemented together, these things have the highest likelihood to ensure long-term wellness.

All RCM tiers include an initial contract session to establish the therapeutic alliance, recovery goals, and RCM objectives , followed by another session to coordinate any relevant aftercare services.
